Is there a free plan?

There is no free plan. The trial costs $1 and gives you 100 credits to try the studio and every model before you choose a plan.

Do unused monthly credits roll over?

No. A plan's monthly credits refresh each billing period and don't roll over unless the offer says so at purchase.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes. Credit packs top up your balance whenever you run low. Purchased credits can be used while you have an active plan.

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Every model runs on Poiema's accounts. You only ever pay in credits.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel from the billing settings in the app. Plans renew each month until you cancel.

Which currency are prices in?
